L-plan Legaline Clampiing units can use hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder.<\/p>\n

For clamping the valve flange, the table plate with the valve is pushed with the hydraulic pump – \u00a0cylinder against the clamping claws. Version with pneumatic cylinder is activated by test medium.<\/p>\n

For clamping a valve you can slide the three or four clamping claws to valve.<\/p>\n

in the range from DN 15 – 150 (1\/2\u201d \u2013 6\u201d).<\/strong><\/p>\n

The valve can be clamped within seconds at a maximum clamping force of 300 KN – 30 tons. <\/strong><\/p>\n

High pressure hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic hand pump.<\/p>\n

High pressure pneumatic cylinder, activated by testing medium.<\/p>\n

Clamping screws.<\/p>\n

Special small hydraulic unit for proportional rising force.<\/p>\n

Maximum test pressure on the clamping table according to the nominal valve size:<\/p>\n

Maximum loading – clamping force: 300 KN (larger clamping force is available)<\/p>\n

Standard flange valve dimension range: up to DN 150 (larger range is available)<\/p>\n

Standard threaded valve dimensions: \u00bd\u201d, \u00be\u201d, 1\u201d, 1 \u00bc\u201d, 1 \u00bd\u201d, 2\u201d or larger.<\/p>\n

Maximum testing pressure: 200 bar (300 bar option)<\/p>\n

Pre-clamping force: up to 30 %<\/p>\n

Special steel O-ring sealing plates for optimal sealing between the Raised-faces of the valve flange (test object) and the clamping table are supplied.<\/p>\n
