On-site testing safety valves in thermal power EVONIK RÖHM GmbH, Worms, Germany
In the days of 17/03/2014 to 20/03/2014 and 28/03/2014 we are testing safety valves on-side with Legatest device, on the system energy thermal power plant EVONIK RÖHM GmbH, Worms, Germany.
The work was organized by L-Plan Service Gmbh Germany, the control exercised representative of KSB Service GmbH.
During the operation was carried out 11 tests (Hot Test), two safety valves were tested with Cold Test.
With The device Legatest is possible to identify certain irregularities in the operation of the safety valves. L-plan inspector Srečko Štiblj proposal for internal review and possibly repair some of the valves.

New Users of our Developed Testing / Inspection Devices in 2013!
L-plan again recorded growth in sales of innovation devices for inspection, testing, calibration, measurement in 2013 .
The second Legatest device for testing safety valves during operation was purchased from the company Valveserv, Austria as well as company Beyer & Beyer, Germany. Company EFCO India received the fourth Legatest device. Among customers from EU companies were SWB and L -plan Technologies, both from Germany. We also delivered Legatest device to Thailand – Master Pac , Tunisia – IMC Metroligie and Libya – INTECH .
“Legaline Valve test” devices are regularly delivered to stabile test units manufacturer Unigrind Germany. Final customers were: SIA Rosta and intra Tool from Russia, company’s Termodinamic Romania and COREMA Italy.
STS Gas Croatia used a Legaline mobile unit to test the safety valves and calibration of pressure gauges .
Complete range of Legaline Mobile Series Devices were delivered to the INTECH Company from Libya, namely: Legaline Valve test Unit (Safety and Industrial Valves Functional and Pressure Strength Test / Inspection), Legaline Manotest Set (pressure gauges and sensors calibration / Inspection), Legaline Pressure Strength Tests / Inspection System and Legaline Bubble Valve Leak Test Unit.
For Company UKRSPECTRANSGAZ from Ukraine we successfully developed Legaline customized device, which can be used for automated testing of safety valves, which are mounted on the train wagon tanks of natural gas.

In cooperation with representatives of the Libyan Company INTECH, we visited Benghazi Thermal Power Plant (General Electric Co.). Libya. Presentation of companies and services was met with great interest. Due to the interruption of Libyan services market supply, there are serious needs for such maintenance services as well as Inspection of pressure equipment at this time. We agreed on a trial Inspection services business like Inspection during valves assembly, repair and testing in the third block location.
